22.1Univariety’s Products website hosts a variety of products that include other 3rd party educational providers as well as in house developed products. Univariety cannot guarantee that such third party content, in the Services or elsewhere, will be free of material you may find objectionable or otherwise inappropriate or of malware or other contaminants that may harm your computer, mobile device, or any files therein. Univariety disclaims any responsibility or liability related to your access or use of such third party content.

22.2You acknowledge and agree that any Program affiliated with any external Educational Partner may be subject to the terms, policies, and procedures of the applicable Educational Partners in addition to Univariety’s Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, if you are a student registered or enrolled at, or are otherwise attending, an Educational Partner and are taking a Program for credit or certification through that Educational Partner, you acknowledge and agree that (a) the Educational Partner may have its own terms, policies or procedures regarding your eligibility to participate in the Program, your participation in the Program/Product, the requirements or prerequisites for receiving credit or certification for the Program/Product, and/or your educational or student records as they may relate to your participation and performance in the Program/Product, and (b) your educational or student records are maintained by the Educational Partner, including for purposes of assigning credit or certification, and not Univariety.

23.CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

23.1We strive hard to provide good services and we have designed our processes/services in such a way that we deliver the services on time. Most of the student products are offered through an automated delivery mechanism. So, the cancellation of products/programs is not possible. If you are unhappy with any of our products, please write to products@univariety.com and our support executive will reach out to you.

23.2For Global Career Counsellor and Super Counsellor, cancellation is allowed only if a request is made within 7 days of placing the order. The request has to be made by writing to us at products@univariety.com with your email ID, Phone number and also the Order ID.

23.3GCC Gold and products with auto-delivery of psychometric tests/user logins are not entitled to cancellation.

23.4Issue of refunds if any will be determined by the Univariety’s finance team and initiated and shall be made to bank account within 10 working days after transfer initiation.
